Determine the inclination angle of the battery panel based on the local latitude. Use 40*40 galvanized angle steel welded support brackets, and fix the brackets on the side wall with expansion screws. Weld diameter 8MM steel bars with length of 1-2 meters on the brackets, and connect the brackets to the lightning conductor on the roof with steel bars. Drill holes on the brackets and use Φ8MM or Φ6MM stainless steel screws to fix the battery panel on the brackets.
Check whether the battery packaging is damaged, and carefully unpack and inspect each battery to see if it is intact. Check the factory date of the battery.
The voltage of the battery is DC12V, 80AH, and two batteries of the same model and specification in series provide 24V power supply.
Place the two batteries into a buried box (model 200). After the outlet of the buried box is glued, use step-by-step tight-coupling protective tubes (with steel wire water pipes) to fasten them. After another end of the protective tube is led out, use silicone sealant to seal it to prevent water from entering.

Pay attention to the fact that the negative and positive poles of the battery, PV panel, and load cannot be reversed, and the connection lines of the PV panel and the battery cannot be short-circuited. The controller is placed inside the lamp post, fixed with bolts, and the compartment door on the lamp post is locked.
Pour C20 concrete, size: 400mm*400mm*500mm, embed M16mm screw, length 450mm, and add two Φ6mm reinforcement bars in the middle.
All connecting wires are threaded through pipes, and the wires are brought down from the roof. They can be brought down from the threading well or along the rainwater pipe on the floor. The threading pipe for the roof downline is ?25mm, and the underground wiring uses ?20mm threading pipe. The connection of the threading pipe uses pipe joints, elbows, and tees sealed with glue.
In special places, use a metal water supply soft pipe connection to ensure waterproofing. Most of the connection wires use BVR2*2.5mm2 sheathed wires.
