1. Determine the position of the lamp post; inspect the geological conditions. If the top 1.2 meters of soil are all soft, the excavation depth should be deepened. At the same time, confirm that there are no other facilities (such as cables, pipelines, etc.) below the excavation position and that there are no long-term shading objects above the top of the street lamp. Otherwise, the position should be appropriately changed.
2. Reserve a pit that meets the standard (designed depth according to the height of the lamp post) at the location where the luminaire is installed; pre-buried parts are positioned and poured. The pre-embedded parts are placed in the center of the square pit, and one end of the PVC threading pipe is placed in the center of the pre-embedded part, while the other end is placed in the battery storage. When installing solar powered street lights, it is important to ensure that the pre-embedded parts, foundation, and original ground are on the same level (or the top of the screw and the original ground are on the same level, depending on the site requirements), and one side is parallel to the road to ensure that the lamp post is erected straight and not inclined. Then use C20 concrete for pouring and fixing. During the pouring process, use a vibrator continuously to ensure overall compactness and firmness.
3. After the construction is completed, clean up the residual mud on the positioning board in a timely manner, and use waste oil to clean up impurities on the bolts (you can wrap the bolt position with tape before construction to prevent too much impurities from adhering and affecting the installation progress).
4. During the solidification process of concrete, water should be poured and maintained on time; the lamp can be hoisted and installed only when the concrete has completely solidified (generally more than 72 hours).
1. Fix components in various parts: fix the solar panel on the solar panel bracket, fix the lamp head to the cantilever, and then fix the bracket and the cantilever to the main pole, and thread the connecting wire to the controller (battery box).
2. Before lifting the lamp post, check whether the fasteners of each part are firm, whether the lamp head installation is correct, and whether the light source is working normally. Then debug whether the system is working properly; loosen the solar panel connection wire on the controller, the light source works; connect the solar panel connection wire to turn off the light; and carefully observe the changes of the various indicators on the controller; everything is normal before lifting and installation.
3. When lifting the main lamp post of the commercial solar powered street lights, pay attention to safety precautions; the screws must be tightened, and if the components are biased towards the sun angle, the upper end needs to adjust its facing direction completely to true south.
4. Put the battery into the battery box and connect the connection wires to the controller according to the technical requirements; connect the battery first, then the load, and then the solar panel. During the wiring operation, be sure to pay attention to the fact that each wiring and the terminal marked on the controller cannot be connected incorrectly, the positive and negative polarities cannot collide, and they cannot be reversed; otherwise, the controller will be damaged.
5. Debug whether the system is working properly; loosen the solar panel connection wire on the controller, and the light will turn on; then connect the solar panel connection wire and the light will turn off; then carefully observe the changes of the various indicators on the controller; everything is normal before sealing the control box.
